Lewis began his career as an Art Director at Burrell fifteen years ago before his tenure at Leo Burnett/Chicago where he became a Senior Vice President/Creative Director. During his career, he has worked on such brands as The U.S. Army, McDonald’s, P&G, Allstate, Budweiser, Miller Lite and Walt Disney World. Classically trained in graphic design and art direction, Lewis is extremely versatile in all aspects of the creative process. His general market experience along with extensive African-American consumer expertise gives him a unique and valuable perspective in the marketplace. His ability to turn strategies and insights into fresh business-building creative has made him the benefactor of awards, such as One Show Entertainment, New York Festivals, ADDYs, Creativity, Effie and the ARF David Ogilvy Award.



Lisa joined FCB Chicago as senior vice president and executive creative director in May 2017. From print to digital, beauty to beer, her experience leading teams and work spans across all mediums and a wide range of categories. Prior to FCB Chicago, Lisa served as executive creative director at iris worldwide, leading creative for clients including Smirnoff, Philips and Barclaycard. Her work for Jeep that launched during Super Bowl 50 was awarded a Super Clio, named #1 on Ad Week’s list of the 5 Best Super Bowl ads and recognized by both The One Show and Cannes Lions International Festival.



Mike is lead designer at OCD in New York. Originally from Dublin, Mike graduated with honors from Dublin Institute of Technology with a degree in visual communication. He worked in the Zero-G, Detail., and Atelier David Smith studios, before joining OCD in 2014. Mike’s main interests lie in publication and systems design. His “It Happened on This Day” book about John F. Kennedy’s assassination was awarded Merit by the International Society of Typographic Designers (ISTD). It was developed as an information 

architecture, building a narrative on how the facts of that event were distorted to the public. He repackaged the story in a new and unbiased way.
